Hi there. My name is Vernette Daniel. My path started in engineering (not HR) and that systems-thinking foundation still shapes how I coach today. I'm an executive coach, leadership advisor, and HR executive with more than 25 years of experience helping people navigate growth, leadership, transition, and change inside complex, global organizations.
