My Path to Coaching:

As a high-achieving, Caribbean-American woman of color, hard work and resilience has long been my default. This work ethic served me well for years...until post-pandemic burnout forced me to hit pause and rethink my personal measures of success. It was in that moment that I experienced the transformative power of coaching firsthand, providing the support and accountability I needed to reimagine my leadership, career, and overall approach to life. Now, I strive to help others lead and live from a place of intentionality.

I come from a school of thought that we are all infinitely resourceful when it comes to creating the lives we desire. I simply provide a safe, judgement-free space for you to tap into those resources. I approach every conversation with curiosity to help you see the things you might be overlooking and then I help you design a path forward. I am an engineer turned Human Resources executive with 26+ years of experience in Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, financial services and tech/entertainment.
